Pete is not a human being. Pete is a Card Processing Machine. He was developed by experts from Austria to improve your business.

From the time you place your order, it typically takes about one week until Pete arrives at your site. Once delivered, it just takes a short plug and play installation to get him started.

The good news is that there is almost none! Pete’s installation is plug-and-play. If you need help getting started, our experts will be there for you. No lengthy onboarding is required, after the installation.

Pete is compact and space-efficient: 120 cm wide × 80 cm deep. This allows Pete to fit comfortably on most standard workspaces without taking up too much space. For comparison, he is about the size of a pallet.

A stable table or work surface large enough to accommodate Pete’s 120 × 80 cm footprint
A Wi-Fi or LAN connection — Pete connects wirelessly or via cable, so you will need a stable network available at the setup location.
